  1. Preheat the frying pan or roaster to max. temperature.
  2. Cover the beef steaks with pickle, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roast for 6-7 minutes from each side (medium-done).
  4. Serve with cooked rice.

  1. Remove all extra fat from the upper layer of beef.
  2. Put the meat into a deep baking pan, cover with pickle.
  3. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° С for 45 minutes or till done.
  5. Let the meat rest and cool for a few minutes. Serve with vegetables.

  1. Cut the lamb into small pieces.
  2. Make cuts on lamb surface to avoid shrinkage while roasting.
  3. Put the lamb on the bowl, pour the pickle and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Cook on the grill without fire.
  5. Take the cooked chicken from the skewers and serve with onion and greens seasoning.

  1. Place the beef in VICENTA pickle for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the grill.
  3. Preheat the grill to the required temperature.
  4. Cover the grill and cook for 15-25 minutes, depending on cooking degree preferences.
  5. Serve with vegetables and topping.

VICENTA pickle for chicken

Chicken fillet

Cleaned mushrooms

  1. Slice the chicken fillet.
  2. Add pickle for chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Finely dice the vegetables.
  4. Warm the oil over high heat in a large frying-pan. Add vegetables and roast for 7 minutes.
  5. Remove the vegetables and set them aside.
  6. Roast the pickled fillet in a heated frying pan (about 4 minutes).
  7. Add vegetables and some pickle, mix and cook till done.
  8. Serve with cooked rice.

  1. Cut the vegetables into thin slices.
  2. Remove chicken skin.
  3. Prepare four sheets of foil, large enough to cover the chicken breasts completely.
  4. Put one chicken breast in the center of each foil sheet.
  5. Pour the pickle over the chicken and vegetables. Cover completely and seal closed.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
