- Remove all extra fat from the upper layer of beef.
- Put the meat into a deep baking pan, cover with pickle.
- Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° С for 45 minutes or till done.
- Let the meat rest and cool for a few minutes. Serve with vegetables.

- Cut the lamb into small pieces.
- Make cuts on lamb surface to avoid shrinkage while roasting.

- Prepare the grill.
- Preheat the grill to the required temperature.
- Cover the grill and cook for 15-25 minutes, depending on cooking degree preferences.

- Slice the chicken fillet.
- Add pickle for chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Finely dice the vegetables.
- Warm the oil over high heat in a large frying-pan. Add vegetables and roast for 7 minutes.
- Remove the vegetables and set them aside.
- Roast the pickled fillet in a heated frying pan (about 4 minutes).
- Add vegetables and some pickle, mix and cook till done.
- Serve with cooked rice.

- Cut the vegetables into thin slices.
- Remove chicken skin.
- Prepare four sheets of foil, large enough to cover the chicken breasts completely.
